Steel Bar used to produce steel chain

We can supply big mill's steel bar used to produce chain with CCS, LR, GL, DNV, ABS, NK, KR. We cab also do cold drawing, peeling, grinding, polishing, annealing, normalizing and quenching and tempering processing on the steel bars to get more precision size, good surface, stable mechanical properties etc. The typical steel materials are M30Mn2, 22MnCrNiMo, R30Mn2, YXR4, 28MnCrMo, YXR3S, YXR4S, YXR5S. The steel material are produced by LF, VD. CC, high precision continuous rolling and annealing with high precision size, low gas content, high purity, uniform microsturcture, stable mechanical properties etc. Diameters from 10mm to 160mm for Hot Rolled Steel Bar; 120mm to 600mm for forged steel bar; 4.5mm to 52mm for steel coils. Delivery conditions are hot rolled, annealed or Bright Steel Bar.
