s235jr steel material is a low carbon steel grade with good weldability and formability for a various applications. s235jr hexagonal steel bars we produce are cold drawn s235jr Hexagon Steel Bar with precision size tolerance, better straightness and smooth surface than s235jr hot rolled hexagonal steel bar. s235jr cold drawn hex steel bars are usually used to produces bolts, nuts, screws and other components in many industries like automotive, agriculture, construction and motorcycle. 

 

Cold finished steel is cold drawn or cold rolled by hot rolled steel. It is typically produced as turned bars or cold drawn bars. Cold Drawn Steel Bar is accomplished by cold drawing a bar through a mould. By cold drawing, the dimensional tolerances, the straightness and the surface roughness of the bars will be improved. In the meanwhile, the mechanical properties will be enhanced, too.
