We produce thousands of tg&p bright steel bars recently for our customers who use the steel bars for shafts, CNC machines, Fitness coating etc. TG&P bright steel bar is more and more popular because they can help end user to save wast and time, to improve the work efficiency and to save direct cost.

TG&P steel bars are turned, peeled or cold drawb, centerless ground and polished bright steel round bars with precision diameter tolerance, good straightness and surface roughness. The major steel materials include 1045, 4140, 4130, 4150, 4340, 5140, 52100 etc or 42CrMo4, 42CrMoS4, C45, 41Cr4, 18CrNiMo, 34CrNiMo6 etc. In most occassion, the steel bar need to be Q&T, quenched and tempered to get good mechanical properties.

The diameter tolerance of tg&p steel bar can be reached 0.02mm max, straightness 0.2mm/m, surface roughness 0.4um max and ovalty 0.015mm. All the datas are tested by precision measurement tools. It can be directly used for CNC machines to produce merchant steel bar and do surface costing etc.
