Steel bar peeling machine installed for peeld ground and polished bars producing

Except three lines of cold drawn machines producing Cold Drawn Steel bars with diameter from 10mm to 150mm. Now we also installed peeling machines producing bars from 20mm to 80mm. Compared to cold drawn bars producing, the peeling machine can help to save more processing procedures to save the cost and can also remove more steel bar surface defects.

Together with our grinding machine and polishing machine, the peeled ground and polished bars can be produced with higher quality and more competitive price. The peeled ground and polished bars major steel grades include 1045, C45, S45C, 4140, 42CrMo4, SCM440 such carbon and alloy steel bars.

We can produce the precision bars for your usage with:

Surface roughness: 0.4um

Diameter tolerance: 0.02mm

Roundness: 0.01mm
