F1554 Grade 55 rebar is a design strength, low to moderate carbon content grade. It has a 55 ksi yield strength, which is required by the F1554 code for anchor bolt and fastener applications. ASTM F1554 Grade 105 Anchor Bolts are made of medium carbon alloy steel quenched and tempered (heat treated) to the required mechanical value. This is the highest strength version of the F1554 specification with a minimum yield strength of 105 ksi and covers anchor bolts ranging in diameter from 1/2" to 1-1/2".
Fully Threaded Rods have many different uses in the construction and industrial industries. Fully threaded rods are also known as fully threaded rods, anchor rods, stud anchors and anchor bolts. all thread refers to the fact that the entire bar is a thread. All our threaded rods are manufactured using thread rolling machines. Rolled threads are formed by pressing a thread die into the shank to move the excess metal outward.
We are a direct F1554 Grade 55 steel round and and threaded rods, anchor bolts manufacturer in China. The Grade 55 we produce are heat treated to meet the mechanical properties. Besides, we choose the proper steel grade to meet astm f1554 grade 55 chemical composition according to standard ASTM F1554. Beside of Grade 55 threaded rod, we can also produce other steel grades such as Grade 36 Threaded Rod and steel bar, Astm F1554 Grade 105 steel bar and threaded rods.
