Agricultural machinery industry steel bar

Agricultural machinery industry steel bar is used to manufacture half shafts, transmission gears, rear axle shafts, bearing rings, transmission shafts and other components. 

Transmission gears generally range from Ø20-80mm, and the materials are mainly 40Cr, aisi 5140, sae 5140, astm 5140, SCr440, 41Cr4, 40X and 20CrMoTi, SCM420, 18CrMo4, 20MnCr5. 

Among them, the diameter of the rods for the half shaft and the rear axle shaft is Ø20-80, typically Ø38mm, and the steel grades are mainly 45#, aisi 1045, sae 1045, astm 1045, c45, ck45,as 1045, s45c and 40Cr, aisi 5140, sae 5140, 41Cr4, SCr440 etc.; 

The steering wheel shaft is generally made of 45# ais 1045 sae 1045 astm 1045, c45, s45c steel; 

Various bearing rings are generally made of bearing steel GCr15, suj2, aisi 52100, sae 52100, astm 52100, 100Cr6 etc.
